It's the aim of Spock, a search engine for people. This start-up was founded by Jay Bhatti and Jaideep Singh in 2006 in Silicon Valley.
It uses a combination of search engine technologies and user edits to aggregate the world's people information and make it searchable. So you can find websites, photos, videos, blogs about people such as friends, business partners and other persons you've interested in.
